Thai Ramen

I wanted to make something different and unique so I spun this off of a poor mans ramen recipe I found.


Serves 1

1 package of what ever noodle you prefer, I used Vermicelli Rice Noodles
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup of button mushrooms
2 green onions
1 large egg
Chili Garlic Paste
1 cube of Chicken Bouillon
Red Pepper Flakes


Add about 2-3 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add your choice of noodles and bouillon, stirring until cooked. Bring to a simmer and add in the spinach and green onions, red pepper, salt, and ground pepper. In a separate small pan, cook the mushrooms until browned and then add them into the noodles. In the same separate frying pan, cook an egg sunny side up, or over hard. Serve noodles in a bowl and top it with the egg. Add in the Chili Garlic Paste and enjoy.
